Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Send your return package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center address provided in your authorization email.
Receive Your Refund
Once our specialists inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
